This review is a part of my quest of visiting all CT breweries. I tried beers from Norbrook Farm multiple times at CT beer festivals, but this was my first visit to the brewery.

The farm occupies a huge space. It is so big, that besides the brewery itself there are also several fenced areas with animals, disc golf course, hiking trails and more things I did not even see. The brewery itself is situated in a big separate building, and looks like it will become bigger this summer (2025) as both the building is getting a new section and an additional patio is being constructed. Not only they have a full kitchen, but they also allow food trucks. My wife and I enjoyed their food, we tried sweet chili calamari and had to order another set because it was awesome. There are also events planned in the place, a musician came to the brewery later in the day.

The beers here are amazing. There are many varieties on tap: IPAs, a lager, a kolsch, stouts, a seltzer and so on. You can try many beers by ordering a beer flight of up to 5 beers. They also allow you to order any beer in 5oz if you, like me, aim to try everything. For this review I ordered 10 different beers, covering the majority of the taps (16 at the time of review). Besides seltzer, which I did not enjoy much, everything else was top-notch. The aroma, the texture, how they hit every respective style - I do not have a single complaint. They also plan to open a distillery on premises, so there will be even more variety.

I loved this place and I will definitely be back. Considering the amount of people there, it is pretty popular with everyone. I do recommend this brewery to everyone, it deserves a dedicated trip here.

Five stars because Norbrook was not only on the RV stay program which provided me a quiet night's rest in rural Connecticut, they had a car show going which was super awesome to see and they also have some amazing beer/pizza (and a food truck).

I walked through the car show which had a bunch of interesting and very well restored vehicles. Inside the building, music was going but I managed to find the bar and order a beer and a pie. In another dining room, a quiet-ish spot to enjoy this beer and later another while I wrote some Yelp reviews and wound down from a day's driving.

Really awesome spot and the "Contractors' Beer" was delicious. As well, a spicy chicken pizza that was bigger than I thought so some of it went back into the fridge for later snacks. This was a fabulous find and I look forward to a return one day!

What a cool place! Gorgeous grounds with cute animals to see. Frisbee golf. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fireplaces on the patio. Pizza is delicious. Beer was great. Love that we were allowed to bring our own picnic lunch inside as it was very cold today.

There really isn't much in and around the town of Norfolk which is what brought us to Norbrook. It's a brewery and a disc golf course - brilliant!

First of all, the beertenders were friendly and incredibly accommodating. Not only did they bring me a taster unasked, but they continued to guide me to the right decisions with additional tasters. They have an excellent pilsner and a good Westcoast IPA that I took out to the course with me.

The brewery is spacious and beautiful. It's definitely a place where the locals gather; everyone seemed to know everyone else.

The disc golf course was fine. It was often difficult to navigate so have your wits about you when playing.

Started here with a flight and was not disappointed. The beer was all pretty good. What really makes this place is how much is has going on:
- a full brewery/kitchen
- a disc golf course that comes highly reviewed
- multiple hiking trails
- miles on miles of mountain biking trails

Like really, this place is pretty cool!

Did a flight of beers here. All of them were good, but didn't make me go wow. Setup of the place is a little odd, but beautiful grounds and want to go back for some hiking when the weather is better. A place worth checking out especially if you are into the outdoors, grab a brew after a hike.
