Terrible business practices! Never even got to use the software! They were trying to charge me an additional $250 for the software download that is supposed to be included with the original purchase. I should have listened to the over reviews. Stay away from this company.

Low end system- poor customer support- no ability to back up data- if the computer the software is installed on crashes, all history data is lost, unless you have wasted paper and ink by printing out the reports weekly. Customer support is very rude, and unwilling to help unless you pay more money! I regret wasting money with this unethical, low tech company.

Just upgraded from an older Time Trax software that worked great to Time Trax 5.0 2.41. This new software is not user friendly at all and now the reports are three pages for each person. So when printing the reports it went from 1 page per person to 3.. from an environmental standpoint.. FAIL!!! I am going to return this and go with another time clock, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND this. It gets one start since it do track time.

Total rip off. My pc got a virus and needed to be formated. Misplaced the Timetrax disc, so called Pyramid for a replacement. They emailed me a install.exe for $175 even though I paid for a 3-yr extended warranty which was still valid. Told me my warranty only covered hardware, not software. What a joke

On hold 19 minutes to reach a sales person. Only to find out the time clocks are in fact "dumb" in that you require a PC to pull the data. Based on this info and other Google reviews STAY AWAY from this solution!

Also forgot to mention that this program will NOT WORK if you have employees that work overnight. We just discovered this today, with our 3 overnight employees, so now I have employees that have a backpay situation. I now have to go back into the archives and find every punch out after 10pm and any punch out that occured the day after the punch in. This is gonna take forever.
