James Adams (Adams Unlimited Construction) completely remodeled my bathroom, which required stripping it down, some mold mitigation, and replacing all the fixtures, tub, sink, wall, subfloor, and flooring. James and his workers did a very good job and were easy to work with.
What sets James apart is his transparency and integrity. His bids are detailed and transparent, with clear breakdowns of labor and materials costs. Any changes are promptly communicated, ensuring you're always aware of the job's cost status.

James is a talented contractor and incredibly nice to work with! I first hired him last year when I needed a wall added to my house (framing, drywall, electrical). He shows up on time, keeps a clean worksite, and is a good communicator on design & budget. Immediately after the wall project I hired him for a much bigger project - replacing my front porch and balcony. A couple weeks into that project I changed the design and increased the size of the porch. I imagine that some contractors might be unhappy with changing designs after already breaking ground, but I never sensed any of that from James. He seems to really enjoy building. The porch and balcony turned out beautifully and I've attached pictures to prove it. I love his attention to detail! Planning to hire him again for a kitchen remodel.

James and his assistant Josh did a great job updating our bathroom. It's been a work in progress for a few months after we DIY updated the vanity and floor tiles. We decided to get some help with replacing our bathtub, doing a new tile surround, and replacing the toilet.

The final product is amazing. The tile work was very carefully done, and James consulted us with design decisions along the way that we hadn't considered. He offered his opinion based on other bathrooms he'd done and kept us updated on progress and next steps.

We definitely plan to use James again for some future projects.

Above expectations! James and his team helped me put my basement back together after a pipe burst. His estimate after coming to look at the basement was clear, reasonable, and accurate. He and the team were on time every day and treated my home with lots of care as they came and went. They did insulation and drywall with knockdown texture to match the rest of the walls. The work done was fantastic, it seems that they really pay attention to details and doing things right, and they thoroughly cleaned up at the end! I will definitely use them again for future remodel needs and highly recommend the team!

Had Adams Unlimited Construction out to remodel my basement in a new home we just bought a few months back, the experience was smooth and without issue and cost was reasonable. Completed the project ahead of schedule and better than expected!!! My family and I are thoroughly enjoying the new family room and basement bar and my oldest son loves his new bedroom and bath. Will definitely use them this summer when we are ready to demo our old deck and have a new one installed!!

We hired Adams Unlimited to add a set of stairs to our back deck. We found James and his crew to be meticulous with everything they did. They communicated well and showed up when scheduled. They did an excellent job of matching the stain to our existing deck. We were very pleased with the finished project and will call James the next time we need a contractor. In fact, we recommended James to a neighbor who needed repair to the stairs at the entry to their home prior to a July 4th party they had planned. James was able to safely complete the work in time for the party.

James did a great job working with me to find a quick solution and getting the work done in a faster than timely manner.
I had a structural beam addition to the house I was working on. James understood thoroughly the engineer's report was able to procure the necessary beam within a day's notice and installed the beam into a structural wall while using great precaution to follow all safety protocols. I was completely impressed with his problem solving abilities as well as his professional work. I would use him on any project I have in the future.
