Josh replastered and tiled our pool and hot tub and did a phenomenal job. His prices were very reasonable, and his communication was top notch. He was prompt with sending us information to make plaster/tile choices, letting us know when he'd be working on the project, when there were delays due to weather etc. I highly recommend working with Josh and Blue Mountain Tile, you'll get a better outcome, easier process of getting there, and likely save a bit of cost too.

Josh and Blue Mountain Tile are the best. Josh did an outstanding job on our pool tile and coping install. Very professional. His 20+ years of experience was evident in the quality of his work and troubleshooting issues due of unforeseen circumstances. We know other customers that have turned to Josh and Blue Mountain Tile to fix issues by other contractors. Josh is the go-to guy. I have owned an in-ground swimming pool for about 30 years; and, as almost every pool owner can attest, it is extraordinarily challenging to find a pool service ever worthy of recommending.
Josh and his company are the exception! First, he is simply (and thankfully) more knowledgeable than any other service I've ever had. On the rare occasion a problem seems to stump even him, he immediately does the research and resolves the matter. His attention to all details is remarkable--- incomparable, in fact. Second, Josh is unflappably kind and friendly, and always responsive. He is a person of his word: he comes when he says he will, and does what he says he'll do. His charges are always reasonable, and his accounting is transparent.
Applying these qualities, Josh has designed and installed new stone decking and tile; supervised replastering; replumbed some of the motor/heater/valve connections. On his own initiative, he cleaned away all the debris that had accumulated around the pool equipment; and completed the repair of my summer cover that two separate companies had worked on for many weeks (but unsuccessfully).
I rarely write reviews, but this has been imperative. Josh deserves the praise,--and you deserve the quality of his service.
