They have false policy posted on their wall in the warehouse office/shipping and receiving. It states after hours loaded trailers can be picked up with paperwork found on the counter. However, there is no paperwork accessible to drivers, You must wait until business hours at which point they will tell you they stopped leaving the BOLs out on the counter and they are aware their sign is wrong. They could’ve put some black tape over that part of the sign or something so other drivers stop taking pictures of it and posting it on Google reviews . Let this be your warning that you cannot pick up a preloaded trailer after hours despite the gate intercom guy letting you on the property, the office being unlocked and the trailer sitting there ready to be hooked. They did not inspect the empty trailer or require showing driver license so there was truly no need to interact with them personally. The paperwork was already done sitting on their desk behind the glass. Get dispatched on a Saturday (on a load they prepared Friday) and it’s a total waste of two days in a Podunk smelly town simply waiting for someone to hand over papers.AND… the weight distribution is abnormal, you have to drive with tandems all the way back if you want to pass scales . If you slide them up to a typical position, you’ll be overweight on trailer axle

Pull all the way back and around to the drivers lounge, check in there. They will inspect trailer for holes and give you supplies to patch as needed, silicone and a ladder. Make sure your trailer is cleaned out! Had a few holes to patch, once we got those tidied up, loaded and out of here in an hour.

Pickup a load no problem..they have a speaker outside the gate to check in..The loading docks are at the north west corner of building you drive all the way around when they open the gate.I posted A picture of all the information you needed.Make sure trailer has no holes and that it is clean..
