Love my new 2019 Silverado. I was really impressed with the quality and professional care given to me and my wife by the entire staff of Lewis Chevrolet. Get a text from Jason asking for all my info and pictures of the vehicle I would be trading in on July 9th. That same day they told me my payments would be over 500 bucks on a 27k van. I told them no thanks. I found a different van at another location and my payments are what I could afford. This morning I received an email from Jason saying he hadn't received any information from me so I sent him a screenshot over text. He text me back saying he was just reaching out to see if there was anything else he could help me with. Nope, I bought a van on the 10th a day after I spoke with him.

Excellent service before you buy a car. Then if you need something, they just say "I will check", then they never call you back. So you have to call them several times

I sent an email to Lewis Toyota requesting a lease quote on a new car, I never got a response. On the window it had a sticker that says ask about the difference between the Lewis Automotive Group lease and the Toyota lease. So I did that to in an email, still no response.
