By far the worst customer service if you can do your tags online do it to avoid the headache and avoid dealing with Jimena you'll just be wasting your time.

I have now spent a total of 5 hours and 2 hours driving time, just to get my Kansas driving license and I still don’t have them and I have to go back a third time! Either they need to employ more people or change the way things are done at this established! I gave a one star but in truth they don’t deserve that! They have a phone number posted to be called but after calling 30 times I went down there, only to waste yet another 3 and 1/2 hours of my time and money this time just to make a appointment!! I know that my time and everyone else’s means nothing to the employees there but it does to us! I don’t know why they don’t have a few people more just to help out other than it cost the State money, but seriously my time is worth just as much! They first time I was there it was a hour drive to and from and 2 & 1/2 hours just to find out what I needed to have to get a license! Not everyone has a computer and I never dreamed that it would take that long just to get a question answered! The state needs to figure out why it’s taking 2 ladies to wait on people! One lady was there before they opened had a appointment and got waited on 5 minutes before I left!! Something needs to be done!

This place was terrible. Definitely did not feel sanitary, welcoming or satisfactory. I honestly don't want to go back, I feel like going all the way to Wichita would probably be best.

The worker's were great. Very helpful. It was hard for a handy cap person because of the construction. There weren't enough handicap parking spaces.

Sitting here for 40 min and only one person attending. All that taxes charged on vehicle property and only one attendant! Something needs to change. And no it’s not during lunch time in case someone was wondering, it was early in the morning.
