This owner is not very interested in customer service after the sale. He tells you prior to the sale that he will do something for you that I gladly agreed to pay for and then he reneges on it. Not a good business practice!! I cannot recommend this business at all. My mistake was trusting the owner with a handshake instead of documenting it in writing. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Never been to Dodge City. My dad just moved here and needed a bed. This store is the first and only store I called for him to buy a mattress. Great folks, great prices, and fast service for delivery. Support local buy from these awesome folks!!

We moved here from Nebraska and we’re very excited to get new furniture but when we went to a local chain that we dealt with for years we were VERY disappointed in the customer service so A friend recommended Fergersons and the customer service was outstanding !
They even delivered the same day !
