The charges are outrageous $200 to reconnect on each line when at the same place then $200 for after hours to probably drive down the street. They really need competition no one charges that much to reconnect, and I have electric in bigger cities. Terrible customer service especially at this time, was unaware it was being turned off until it was. Plus had a deposit on file that more than covered the bills. Did not receive the disconnect notice was told it was on Auto pay last time, maybe training the people that work there better to communicate.

Victory electric is trash, they will turn you off in the middle of heat adversary and also turn you off in winter weather adversary. Plus they will double charge you. Like I paid the month of February and months later charged me $2400 dollars for 4 days in the same month. Don't do business with this company they're thief's, incompetent, worthless company.

Victory does a great job on keeping on our lights. They also keep us informed a lot better than we could ask for. Yeah prices for usage are high but for what they do for us it’s a trade off.

The receptionist at the office are very nice and helpful. The lineman never gets enough praise from me. They are terrific, great group of employees there. Thanks for all you do.

They provide power, and the power they provide powers things....they got that down. Paying a bill online is very hard. The online world has past them. I would like to be able to simply log into my account and pay my bill. In today's world you would think a company would appreciate customers who pay there bill on time every time.
When they lack the tools for the customer to do this, it makes me feel as if they have focused to much on one thing and not another. Raise my rates, I don't care. But don't get me to the point that I don't pay my bill on time because it requires far more work than most providers of services. Today, i almost let it get to the point where you called me for it being past due so I could yell at you. Your online bill pay I'm sure was great in the early 90's, but what you have now is like a old horse for transportation.

No reliable electricity at EXORBITANT rates that make living in Dodge City cost-prohibitive. ($300.00 a MONTH for a STUDIO apt!) Black-outs every Sun. & Tues. for up to two hours during June, (70°, clear skies, no wind) weather. Poor customer service. It pains me to write this, as i love it here, but: DO NOT MOVE TO DODGE CITY!!!
