Incredible selection of quality meats and cheeses! Their true Kansas City Strip steaks were amazing. I marinated for a couple of hours, seared in cast iron and finished to final temperature in the oven. Tender and flavorful, no steak sauce is needed!

The Meade Locker and Processing is a great local business! Their fresh and frozen to go meals are top notch and we keep them stocked in our house!

We also have had multiple beef/pork butchered here and very please with our cuts of meat! Our favorite is the flavored burgers and the flavored brats!

I also have to brag on the store owners they are very generous and are always willing to sponsor events and help in any way that they can!

Visiting area and found this local butcher. Glad I did because they had some great meats. I bought hamburger, pork chops, Italian sausage, and steak. Also bought some cheese curds. All were awesome. I definitely recommend coming here to get your meats, cheeses, rubs, and seasonings.

Picked up our processed pig, WHICH IS UNDER MY HUSBAND'S NAME, and the next day when we tried the breakfast sausage & brats, they were disgustingly salty. Inedible! The whole batch is Trash. Never going back!

Meade locker and processing has been a blessing to this community whether you want a snack or you want a full fledged meal! They offer such a wide variety of options between delicious ready to eat meals to wonderful cuts of steaks! I’d name all there products that I love but I don’t think they’ll let me type out that much on here! The owners are wonderful and very helpful whether it’s to find the perfect cut of meat for you or recommending delicious seasonings and sauces! If you haven’t been you’re missing out!

Excellent customer service. The variety of products at Meade Locker is incredible! If you are craving it, they have it. From specialty cuts to your standard ground beef (which is 3.99/lb and you can’t get it that cheap anywhere!!), they’ve got it. Check out the seasoning, sauces, and other counter items too—you won’t be disappointed.

And just when you think it can't get any better the owners are always improving and adding more to the business. $3.99/lb of ground beef You can't beat that! Whether it's meat for smoking or just a quick family meal they have it all. Come in and see for yourself. You wont regret it!

I took my deer in this year and had an amazing experience with them. I just processed one deer into ground, steaks and roast. It turned out great! We also had another deer made into whole meat jerky and it was the best deer jerky I have had. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Im waiting on the euro mount now but suspect I will be very pleased with that also!
