Had my older Subaru SUV windshield replaced here a couple of weeks ago. So far, no leaks or issues that I can tell. May not have been the cheapest option, but good work and friendly customer service and nice waiting area if not dropping off/willing to wait. Best to call ahead to see if they need to order it first to save yourself a trip and set up an appt as they appear to do a lot more than just windshields.

I requested a remote windshield replacement 2 weeks in advance. The tech showed up almost an hour late. He started working and was disappointed that my wife wouldn’t help with the repairs while managing 4 kids. The main office had him stop working and leave because they didn’t want to send a second tech to assist after he had already begun ripping my vehicle apart. I’m calling Safelite.

Every spring season Interstate Glass trades out our home deck windows with screens and vice versa in the fall. The team that comes to do this is always great to work with, efficient, and polite. Also, much appreciation to Rob for working with us on screen repairs from summer storms.

I spoke with the lady in office, I have an appointment Wednesday (drop off) pickup vehicle Thursday. She was so very pleasant, helpful and worked with my schedule, since I live out of town. Just my experience over the phone was top notch! Will fill out another survey after repair is complete, will add before and after photos also.

The Kansas wind last night threw a piece of wood into our Truck windshield. First thing this morning. 0800, we called around to get a quote. Interstate Glass Co. Had the best price at a total replacement for $219.00 that included tax, out of the six places we called. Most didn't have availability for at least two business days. But Interstate got us in at 0840 that morning. We were given a two hour turn around, and they called two hours later.. On the dot, to let us know the truck was done and ready!! The staff was friendly. And the whole process was quick and easy!! I would highly recommend them!!

I was very pleased with the service I received from the first phone call to picking up my truck. Rebecca was very helpful and polite. The work done on my truck looked great. It's raining now,so hopefully no leaks.
