I’ve been attending jccf for 3 years. Since then I’ve dropped in on other gyms across the nation and even one in Thailand but jccf will always be home. I’ve had the opportunity to reflect on my fitness journey and know that I wouldn’t be half the athlete I am had I not started at jccf.

The owners foster a sense of excellence through their coaches which pours into the community. We focus on safe movement and technique over time with active coaching for every athlete. The coaches at this gym meet you where you’re at and help you grow and achieve your goals. Today, I’ve lost 25lbs of body weight but I’m so much stronger now and still growing. When i started jccf, the owner talked with me to create a plan for my success. I started with three months of 1:1 coaching before moving into the normal classes because I needed to build my strength and confidence. Nearly four years later, I’m becoming an rx athlete.

I will never be able to put into words how deeply grateful I am to jccf for helping me start my fitness journey and taking care of myself.

In addition to everything I’ve already mentioned the facilities are clean and well cared for. There is plenty of equipment and it’s well maintained. There’s also a room for children to hang out in while the parents work.

The best thing about this gym is the community and how everyone wants to see you succeed.

Incredible gym with an atmosphere to match. Coming from New York to Kansas I didn’t think there would be a gym like home but boy was I way wrong! This gym has helped me make quantum leap in fitness goals I have set for myself as well as set new ones with there very structured program. Every single one of their coaches are fully educated in what they do and help answer any question asked which has made my first time doing CrossFit more enjoyable. You won’t find a gym like this near Fort Riley and I promise you that! So I don’t know what you’re waiting for at this point, come take a class! 💪💪

JC CrossFit is THE place in Junction City for a great workout. The coaches are first class--Teaching, correcting and modifying, if needed. They ensure you are getting a great workout without injury.
Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Such a positive atmosphere!

Did a competition here back in December. The owner, staff, and volunteers did an amazing job running the event and making everyone feel welcome. The space was very bare bones, but that's exactly what you want in a crossfit facility. The equitment was in good working order and facilities were clean. The community was amazing and encouraging I will definitely be returning for any event they hold in the future or drop in next time I am in JC.

I love JCCF. I have been going off and on since 2015 and have always experienced a great community of people there. Before I started going the first time I didn't think crossfit was something for me, but after joining and seeing the support I can say that crossfit is really for everyone, especially at this gym. The coaches have helped me so much. I'm stronger than I've ever been before!

Absolutely fabulous coaching staff. Fabulous family atmosphere.
I am almost 65 years old and the coaches really take the time to explain all the movements, modify our workouts, and cheer us on.
I have missed out for a year and a half and the coaches are so helpful to slowly graduate me back into the fold.

This is the most beautiful CrossFit gym I have ver been to! And I’ve been to a lot! It’s very clean, nice equipment and the coaches and members are amazing! I’m so happy I joined this gym and I will be continuing to come here for a long while!
