We have used Cat Cats in the past and we're completely satisfied, today was no different!! We had septic back up into the house. Called the emergency line and everything went so smoothly! They were prompt at calling me back, answering all my questions, and giving me an idea of how much it would be since it was Saturday!
I can not say enough wonderful things about the guy they sent out to take care of the problem. So polite, answered all my questions, showed me the things he was working on and explaining things in a way I could understand. He never treated me as though I was in his way or that he was inconvenienced that he was there on a Saturday! He didn't leave until he was satisfied that the problem was fixed!
Cat Cans will continue to have my business!!

I will continue to use Cat Cans in the future! Amazing experience all around. I received a card in the mail stating we were due for a service so I made an appt for a couple days later! They were able to do the service while I was at work! He called saying he was there and was done in about an hour. He cleaned up like he was never even there!!! Highly recommend!

Cats Cans came out to pump our septic. A few days later while mowing, I noticed damage to the lid. 5 out of 8 screws had been drilled back in too hard and cracked the lid at each spot.

If you have issues with the service, be sure to reach out to the business owner directly, if possible. We got everything settled and a new lid to replace the cracked one.
