We are very happy with our experience in purchasing our new dining room set from Image Home Furnishings! From our purchase to delivery, the team was very helpful and professional. Nova was great to work with!! The delivery crew was a great experience also. Noah, Nat and Nathin were such gentleman, and were quick and efficient in the set up process. I should start by saying that I have purchased a lot of my home furnishings from Image Home over the years (2 couches, 2 recliners, a mattress, and some other things). I didn’t really have an issue with buying stuff there until I bought the mattress in 2022 - it was the worst mattress I have ever slept on, and was unusable to the point that I ended up throwing it away just a few months after buying it. When I called about how terrible it was, they had no satisfaction guarantee and would not stand behind the product like normal places that sell mattresses. They directed me to the mattress company itself, but they had a disconnected number and no customer support whatsoever. And when I told the salesman it was terribly uncomfortable, he said “What did you expect from a $1500 mattress?” Which still bothers me to this day, as I thought was a really rude thing to say. $1500 isn’t an insignificant amount of money for some people, and they were happy enough to take my money for it when they sold it to me (without a warning that it was bad when they obviously knew it was subpar).

And now, the couch I bought from them two years ago has broken apart internally, which is shocking because it’s a lightly used couch in an adults-only home. I even opened the back to see if I could fix it and found that it was made of cheap light duty wood and the wood had split apart around the metal bolts that hold the electric arms. There were no reinforcements around that wood, so of course these stress points would burst apart like this. There’s no way these couches are made to last more than a few years, but I guess that just guarantees more sales.

I really do not recommend furniture (and especially mattresses) from this store. The items won’t hold up very well, and you’ll have no real recourse.

Sage and Stevie went above and beyond. They delivered my mattress and also rotated my old mattress to frame in spare bedroom. Thank you for being so quick, kind and polite while here. Image Audio is a great place to buy furniture. Never any pressure.

Excellent experience. From shopping in store to final delivery and set up. Chris was amazing with assisting us in finding just the right couch and setting the delivery up. Billy and Stephen were incredible with the delivery. Knew exactly what to do, very quick and efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
