We took 4 turkeys to this place to get processed... Turkeys that we have raised since baby's, they were all 4 hens. We drove a little more than 2 hours to drop off our turkeys to them... Drop off went great. We dropped off on Tuesday and went back Friday to pick up. As soon as we got there they brought 3 of the 4 turkeys out frozen and in bags... Then we waited an hour while they tried to find our fourth turkey... When they finally said they found it and brought it out it was 7 lbs bigger than the other 3 turkeys and was half frozen. We knew that it wasn't our turkey and question if any of them were really our turkeys... We know they were all the same size. Tomorrow is thanksgiving, we removed our turkey out of the fridge this morning and took the plastic off and one of the turkey legs is completely severed... Not even attached at all. Like what kinda Thanksgiving turkey is this?! Soooo upset! We will never go back to these people and have learned our lesson for the future.

We are very happy with Anco, We have purchased baby chicks twice from them and they were much healthier and had a better survival rate than ones that I ordered from other hatcheries. Staff were professional, the pick up routine was very easy, gave me help loading and counts were accurate both times. We got back more birds then we sent, which is a problem when you're selling organic birds. The labeling on the chickens was coming off, our farm name was not capitalized, and labeling was mangled and some didn’t even have any. Our order was cut wrong - they did fix it after charging us more for their mess up. All in all, this place is not where I would recommend taking birds.

Used them 3 times for 150 batch birds over 2020. We spoke and they added a processing date for 300 chickens at the end of their season for us. We ordered the chics in advance and they called 2 weeks before our butcher appointment to cancel because they were switching to turkeys leaving us with no processor. Incredibly disappointing as they didn't care at all about the position they put us in. Will not use them.

I had thousands of dollars worth of meat come back to me in bags. The labels were pealing off. I did not receive a manifest of how many birds were slaughtered or how many of each cut there were. They were extremely difficult to get a hold of. We were told to be there the next day to pick up, we live 3 hours away and made arrangements to be there 2 days later we were half way there when we received a call say that they were not finished processing so we wasted a trip and a few hundred dollars in wages and fuel just to have to go back a few days later. I do appreciate them being able to slaughter our birds but man they need better communication for sure and boxes. We have delt with slaughter houses for many years now and I was employed by one for some time and I have never ever heard of meat going out the door in bags.

Excellent, had chickens and turkeys processed. They were very helpful, and we are very pleased with the shrink bags the birds were put in. We will be back and will be happy to recommend ANCO to others. A+ butchering for poultry.

Had some geese done here. Nobody else does it. They did a great job! Plucking geese is not for the faint of heart.

Great experience, the meat was cut and packaged nicely. Would recommend their service. They take pride in their work and customer service is wonderful.
