For how much it pays this place could easily be 5 stars but it's got a lot of work to do.

Cons:
a 3rd break would be really great, not just 1 break and lunch.
Also, an orientation would have helped me figure out a lot of stuff faster, instead of having to guess or ask, like when breaks are and for how long.
The training is minimal at best. It's show and tell more than actual training.
Inhaling hot plastic smoke for 8 hours gets very annoying, and not comfortable.

Pros:
Everybody is super nice
You can use your cell phone

Just a heads up, there is a little bit of a language barrier

The atmosphere is very gentle and very understanding. Had no issue in training, HR, or undesirable work conditions. Would recommend to people who are willing to show up everyday and that can stand very hot temperatures since this place isn't climate controlled.
