Stansell is holding a check from our company based on another project that is not even with them. They then "accidently" mail the check and then tell me it was canceled 2 days after I deposited it. Their field staff are unprofessional as well as their office staff. When I sent an email asking why this payment was being held the superintendent responded with a laughing face emoji.

It is hard to find a perfect contractor, but they work hard, do a good job and are consistently on schedule, which is critical. And they handle any punchout work or issues very promptly.
