We have known Mr. Lord since the 1990's. Lord Built did an almost whole house remodel in 2002, which included new flooring throughout, bathroom remodel, custom built shelving, new interior and exterior doors, a barn for lawn and garden equipment, and more. Since that time Lord Built has built a covered deck, built a pool cage, planter boxes, etc. 2024, Lord Built again again remodeled our bathroom, installed new lighting, re-painted bedroom and all closet doors, installed shiplap, new tub, new toilet and more. We contracted Lord Built to make modifications on our son's house and entryway to be more wheelchair accessible, and we are in the process of designing a wheelchair ramp for our backyard. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Reliable, honest, always keeps us informed of the project schedule, and made accommodations for us because we lived in the house while work was done. We will never hire anyone else to do work for us. This company is the best. My husband was in commercial construction for 30+ years, so he knows quality when he sees it.

Lord Construction did a GREAT job on my roof. Hurricane Milton tore up parts of my shingle roof. Lord Built Construction came out to do an estimate and put plastic over the damaged areas at the same time to prevent water damage. I went with a metal roof on my two story house and they did a really beautiful job on it. It is a large roof and they were done much faster than I expected. Everyone doing the work was very nice.

Lord built company is amazing! They are honest and price right. Trustworthy and go above and beyond! Thank You so much for fixing my roof and was one of 15 companies that were honest to tell me. I don’t need a new roof. Everyone else said we needed a new roof charging 29k -22k. Funny. The other company’s told my neighbors they desperately needed a new roof. When it was installed less then a year ! When they asked about their roof. Lords company was the only one that said they did not need a new roof. This is when I new we can trust them . Thank You Lord built. They fix my room for under 1 grand.

Lord construction was great to work with. They completed the work timely and always did a very nice job. They remolded our bathroom and bedroom. The tile work, molding finishes were perfect. I will use them again in the future for any other home project i may have.

I highly recommend Lord Built Construction (Jerry Lord). Jerry explained every detail involving my new garage addition. His crew was great to be around and work with. Top quality materials and products were used in the construction. My property was cleaned up at the end of each workday. I have now complaints and really enjoying my new garage. If you are needing any type of repairs, construction or remodel.. Mr Jerry Lord at Lord Construction is the only company to consider!!! Mr Lord completed extensive repairs at my home in Davenport, Florida while I’ve been back in Kansas City. He is very prompt to respond to questions or insurance requests. His work is impeccable!!!! I do not know how I could have ever done this without him!!!

I was sooo Blessed to have Lord Builders Build My Beautiful Little Custom Built House/Home, Everything was Perfect and Quality Built!
