We hired Chris Milton to build our home, we built the Oakhurst model. I'm sure like everyone, we researched, picked a builder, and hoped they do everything they agreed to do. And They Did! Actually above and beyond expectations. Their building time and sub contractor scheduling process is impressive to watch. Milton has the respect of the county and subs to get all of this done. Subs were always very nice to us as well. We learned Milton is well respected in the industry and community during our building process. We are very grateful for them doing everything and completing in a timely manner as agreed. They are building another house for a family member of ours now, the process has been the same experience.
