For the extension of my house- New Edge Construction handled everything from getting permits, inspections, certificates and delivered a high quality work in the worst time of Covid ( when everything was shut down and bottlenecked). Sanjay and his team completed extension with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and extra space added as per the plans and visualizations. Totally recommend New Ede Construction for your needs ( small or big).

DO NOT HIRE. UNPROFESSIONAL, VERBALLY ABUSIVE. LEFT ME WITH AN INCOMPLETE PROCESS DESPITE BEING PAID, THEN THREATENED TO SUE ME!! I hired Sanjay to do the demolition on my pool. HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING- 1. He estimated 8 trucks of dirt for the job..it only needed 3! 2. The electrical inspection failed and was fined because he had NO PERMIT POSTED. I called the inspector to find out what needed to be done. He told me to hunt down the electrician myself, only to find out that not only did he not know that Sanjay was working under his permit but I saw this person was on probation!! 3. Sanjay also removed my GFI then hired a handyman to complete the job, but guess what, that person did not have an active electrician license. The demo guy ended up fixing it cuz he was worried Sanjay would leave me hanging !! 4. HE DESTROYED MY GRASS- demo guy recommended to Sanjay to get permission from HOA so that truck could dump dirt on the road since it was an 1 day job, as well as to lay plywood to limit damage to my grass. He did neither!!! Now my grass is ruined and he refuses to fix it. So much more, but what does it say about this person that even the County recommended me fire him!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL- he spoke to me in such a condescending manner. For example When I asked him to explain his process he stated “Oh now I have to open a classroom to explain this to you?” Please save yourself the headache . I have never written a review before but I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I would score on the negative scale but unfortunately this only goes to one star

DO NOT HIRE THIS BUILDER! He is a thief and a liar. He will steal your money. He kept me hanging for over 2 years supposedly trying to get permits that I never saw. Then tried to charge me double after a contract was signed between the bank, himself, and myself on an agreed upon amount based on an appraisal. I said I couldn't pay him that much and to give me my money back and he ghosted me. Never paid me back and left me homeless. He also does not have very much experience building residential houses. He is extremely unprofessional and will take your money and run. He should be in prison!

We had home addition, adding two story 955 sq ft in the back of existing house. We thought it was not possible. New Edge team were very professional in guiding us at every steps, with realistic time expectation. During COVID, there was struggle with materials. After every thing done, we got great value. We had 1450 sqft single family home, not its 2500 sq ft home with two story in the back.
