I used Beacon Bay Construction to do a build-out for my new business. I can not say enough about how great the process was. Construction always takes longer and is more difficult than anticipated. The plans we had done prior to Beacon Bay's involvement were very poor and they truly worked with us through the process. Someone had installed a residential AC unit in the building prior and although this only came up during inspection they worked hard to mitigate the issue and get the corrections made so we could open on time and get the permits closed out. I highly recommend the team and wanted to say thanks to Rick, Tim, and Tracey for bending over backward to get our dream completed. (I can only guess that any negative reviews were the problem of the owner because this team was honest and hardworking after we put them in a bind with our extremely poor preplanning)

About 15 years ago (around 2006) we used Beacon Bay to build our backyard pavilion. It has lasted incredibly well and continues to look beautiful to this day. Then a few years ago (around 2017?) it got hit by a tree and partially damaged (in a back obscure area of the pavilion). In March, 2021, we finally got around to fixing it. We decided to call Beacon Bay to get an estimate, along with another company. We went with Beacon Bay and my wife and I were saying how glad we were that we went with them. They were professional and very detail oriented from start to finish. Louis was the Foreman on the job and he and his crew were focused on high quality at every step of the way (even when we had some glitches along the way). We highly recommend Beacon Bay - and thank you to Louis and his team for the excellent job.

Two really nice guys came to our home and we reviewed the work we wanted done.

The estimate was astronomically high, coming out to over $460/sq foot for single story construction. This is more than double the going rate.

In the end it was a total waste of time given their prices.

Run. Just Run. If you are looking for a bad time....then hire this company.

Unprepared & unprofessional. Project that was supposed to take 4 weeks took 4 months. Issue after issue. Clueless employees and subs. Project is finally complete, and they did not run away with our money, so I guess that is a plus.
