The best thing that happened to us in our search for a new home in Palm Coast was discovering Palm Coast Homes Construction.
Working together with Alex, Marina, Illmira and the entire staff has been flawless.
While were are now in the final stages building the Lana, on Blare, I feel as though they are not just a contracted builder, but theyre more like my own family.
They respond to my calls quickly, and keep me informed. Building with Alex from 1000 miles away is much easier than I ever thought it could be.

Our house is complete, and we finally saw the finished product.
To say its flawless, is an understatement. Its absolutly outstanding. Im still intouch with Alex, and again, we are now family.

We were looking for a builder who could work with us to build a custom home that we designed. We preferred to work with a local builder with a reputation for doing quality work and who wasn't part of a large corporation so we could have a good rapport and work directly with the owner. As an Architect, the hands on experience was a must for us. We found this to be true with Alex, the Owner and his office staff. They were very accommodating. What was truly great is that the key subs were highly experienced and their workmanship was excellent. Alex paired the right sub with each complexity of work. In particular, when it came to the interior we were able to work closely with the trim carpenters to achieve the aesthetics desired. The end result turned out to be a house we are extremely proud of. We have had a wonderful experience in building a house in Palm Coast with this builder Palm Coast Homes Construction.We have picked and modified the plan. We are not an easy going customers and were impressed with amount of patience they have with us.All process went very good. Lots of pictures we have received.
All specs that were signed off by us was completed exactly as it was stated.
Excellent quality of trim work, cabinetry, tile..
The Concrete wall insulation by foam that we were recommended by Alex saving us a lot of money in electrical bills.. We are very happy about it..Out house is 1,575 sq ft custom build and latest electrical bill was 47.78 monthly.
Will build with you guys again in the future.

I have had nothing but good honest experiences with Palm Coast Homes Construction. Homes are vastly superior to other local builders. One step into the the Model Home is proof. The list of standard features makes every home a true Custom Home. Alex is one of the most knowledgeable and professional builders I have ever met.

We had a terrible experience with this home builder. You always hope when you choose a builder it will be a great experience. Communication from the beginning was very difficult. In the beginning we were told we would meet in between phases. The only meeting we had was with the electrician. As we had many issues along the way and the owner, Alex, is not easy to deal with. The final straw was when we went to view the completed home and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the tile throughout the open floor plan did not match. We demanded it be fixed and the owner of the company, Alex, told us no and stated he would buy me a beautiful rug to cover it. That is horrible customer service for a mistake they made. We ended up having to buy the tile ourself and the tile contractor installed for free. The original problem was Alex picked up the flooring from 2 different stores so the lot numbers were not the same. Any home builder buying material should know to look at that. I am highly disappointed with this company. Do your research before choosing this company. I would not recommend. Wish I could attach pictures.

We have build 2 houses with Palm Coast Homes Construction in 2020.
All process from getting permits and construction loan till finish of the houses was smooth and timely..
We have picked the interior and exterior colors and materials in the office show room with the color coordinator. She was very knowledgeable helpful and patient .We are planning to build another house in a nearest future with this custom builder Palm Coast Homes construction. Recommending it to all.

We talked with several builders over the past couple of years before moving to Florida permanently. Finally our real estate agent suggested we look at the model from Palm Coast Homes Construction and felt this may be a solution. When walking into the model we observed many of the high end building designs that we were looking for. We met with Palm Coast Homes Construction and talked about some of our wants and needs. At that time we asked to visit one of the homes under construction. The home had the roof on and just starting to put up the walls which gave us a very good look at the construction and quality of the materials. We were impressed and felt they constructed a quality home.
Our next issue was that we were building on a cul-de-sac which meant our lot would require some adjustments to the layout. Most builders were fairly locked into to their layouts plans to the point that selections for items would come from there listed suppliers only. Palm Coast Homes Construction was not like that. We made moves for the layout you would expect from a custom made home. We moved walls, relocated items and changed demission’s to accommodate out lot and our wants. We were involved with selections of all the items that went into making our upscale finished home. As with all new construction and dealing with sub-contractors there were items that we felt were not correct, and in all situations Palm Coast Homes Construction made the changes and kept us on the same page. People that have come to our house have compared what we have to what they have seen in high scale homes built in gated communities.
We are very happy in our new home. We would highly recommend Palm Coast Homes Construction for your construction. They work hard at trying to meet your wants and not put you into a box of what they have always done in the past.
