Republic Services is doing a really consistent pickup service for us! Every week they are ON IT!
We have a special concrete pad outside our shop gate so they can always pick it up. They never fail to pick up our trash!
We, Mr. Pump LLC, of Seneca service the 4 States area too. They operate by providing this same high quality service.

We are super pleased with our trash service provided by Republic at both our home and our business. They are excellent at communicating when there are issues and service may be delayed such as weather or other unforeseen circumstances. After being with two other services in the area I will definitely confirm that Republic is not only a more than competent servicer, but is also a great price with excellent customer service!! I called to have my trash picked up in the front of my house because it was missed and they agreed. Then is was missed again so I called back and was told that they pick up in the alley , I told they that is not apart of my property so I can’t have it picked up in the alley so they agreed to have it picked up in the front. They the day the supposedly sent someone out to check and see if I can they did not and lied and put it on my account. They also lied and said they have been contacting me when they weren’t I have been calling them every week for about a month trying to get my trash picked up correctly but they refused to pick it up. The care team is friendly but they need better supervisor because they are rude and unapologetic and cut you off when you are talking. They need to do better , I have never at to leave a bad review for anything. Also they will not let you file a complaint with them they just delete and do nothing with it . It’s better to file a complaint with Joplin .

They missed my pickup. The customer service team was unable to provide even basic info, and failed to reschedule. After 5 days I finally talked to the supervisor who was great. Don't waste time with customer service- call the local transfer facility. They really should train the customer service folks better. That said- the supervisor was extremely helpful and explained what happened and apologized. He seemed embarrassed about the run around I got from the 800 number

Our trash service provider Steve Perry goes above and beyond when providing service. I left my trash can up by the house one day and forgot to set it out. Steve went out of his way to bring my trash can down so that I didn't miss trash day. Thank you Steve for all that you do! You are greatly appreciated.

We have been very happy with our service. They are reliable and always pick up on the day they are scheduled to. Any time there may be a delay due to holidays, we are always notified in advance that the pickup day will be moved.
