My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the services Jag Electric provided in November of 2023 at our home in Baxter Springs, Kansas. If we could give Joe more than 5 stars, we would. My only regret is that I didn’t have the opportunity to meet Joe in person; however; we won’t hesitate to contact him in the future for electrical repairs, etc. My wife said that Joe was great to work with in every way! He’s personable and professional. His reviews are excellent, and we can certainly see why!

Tried to schedule him to come fix our breaker on a Monday, - said he was busy- sent me a text on Tuesday saying he could be there at 9 and I told him that didn’t work because of an ultra sound appt I had, but could be home at 10:30. Said if everything went well he wouldn’t be in town, by then and just forgot about us and the service we (still) need. 5.5 months pregnant and washing clothes by hand in my tub because he couldn’t bothered to come help. Will be going with someone else.
