Bought a used mower that their shop made repairs on prior to purchase and the repairs fail after about 5 months. They do not stand behind their work. I was told “good luck”.

I’m honest so this is what I’ll say . Selling my grandpa who’s 86 a riding lawn mower that had so many problems and he had to pay to see what those problems were . I’m very disappointed in a company that says it runs and all good when the list of things wrong with it were many . I will say this though . After calling them and talking to them personally I find Alex to be nice and though there is a lack of honesty here I found he made it right by returning my grandpas money . That in itself is good customer service but again I hope the service department trys harder to fix things next time cause that mower had much wrong with it .

This place is great, they have everything you could possibly need here... The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There isn't any high pressure salesman here, you can browse all you want. Really clean and neat..

Steer clear of here. We bought a brand new tractor from here and we had issues with the hydraulic freezing up less than a week after we got the tractor. Roger lambert didn’t even know what the issue was and he immediately started accusing us of doing something wrong. Now fast forward to today and we had ordered a filter from Reubicon International and it wasn’t right so I called lambert tractor to order a different one and again, Roger Lambert answered and started scolded us for ordering from a different company - as if he is the only one in the country who sells Mahindra parts. My husband got ticked at his rudeness and told him so and he hung up on us. We will never buy anything from here again.
