Two months later, it's a different story. Still plenty of room to maneuver in the lot with a staging area available for breaks and no bathroom. 1100 appointment and it is now 1515. In over four hours, one truck has been summoned that checked in after I did. Another two trucks arrived after.

Very trucker friendly, stayed the night for my 10am appoint in the yard. Reciever got me into a door at 9am and was unloaded by 1030. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful. Look forward to coming back. The smell of bacon made me so hungry! Update: 8-03-22 back again, same professional trucker friendly. Appointment was at 18:00, sent me over to a really nice and quiet staging area, got parked and then the phone rang, Pablo gave me a call within 15 mins with a door. This place is amazing, thank you all for the kind and professional service. Guard was super friendly and helpful too! Great experience again. Consistency is amazing! Hope to come back again!

Don't honor appointment time. Sit hrs waiting to unload. Avoid this place if you can.

Showed up at 9p for a next day appt. Got me in a door by 10p and started unloading right away. Quick and friendly. Great spot.

Great place to deliver! My appt was 6am the next day and they unloaded my over 12 hours early. Evening guard was very polite and helpful. When I was unloaded, he came over and asked if I was out of hours and told me where I could park. Very refreshing to deliver to a location like this. Doesn't happen often. Need more places like this. Makes being out here much more enjoyable. Great job Sugar Creek Packing!!!

The place is horrible. Appt was at 8pm. The driver arrived on time. They didn't assign a door until 12pm next day and it took them almost 3h to unload. 19h total!! It was Thursday to Friday and it messed up the rest of the week for us, Avoid this receiver!

Checked into guard shack and was told to drop it in the lot to the left.. just past the gate, after he checked out the trailer (temp, fuel level, plate info)
Then, drive down about 2 blocks to the gravel lot on the left for my empty.
Easy peasy!

Allows identity theft predators to work there 😂😂 that’s crazy my boyfriend found out he works at this place I hope they did fired him like he messed up our food stamps we got denied we have kids , my bf had called the food stamps & they said he was working at this place which he doesn’t like we are not even from Kansas like Aren’t y’all supposed to check his background lol the IRS has a Red Flag by my BF Social security so if der any employment outside the state of Texas try’s to work Good Luck don’t be surprised when the FEDS come knocking btw his name Hector C . So if u see this u wanna be 🤬good luck and you know who u are 😂
