I purchased a Alcota from HY-FLO. It came with a 1 year warranty. I had some issues with it after using it. (Not used daily) After 2 tanks of fuel it just quit. I took it back to have it fixed. I think it was almost 8 months out of warranty.
They determined it was a defective part from the manufacturer. They fixed it and even delivered it to my home at NO charge.
They went above and beyond to take care of me. That’s customer care you don’t see often these days in a company. Thank you HY-FLO!

Absolutely love our Hy-Flo Heater! We have been using it on job site to help heat up our equipment when it’s cold. Love how clean the burn rate it is on diesel, and the thermostat is fantastic.

Bought one of their biggest oil heaters and the kid that installed it put about 10 ft of copper line and mounted the pump in a very bad place. Are pump won't even pump oil when it's on a cold morning so it keeps resetting. The pumps are only rated about 8 ft so there's probably about 12-ft line on it. Now they won't even respond to calls.

Purchased the Val-6 L model for our home gym. Landon made us a guarantee if we didn't like it he would buy it back from us. No freaking way he's getting it back. Heated our metal, no insulation having 30'x50' 16' tall ceiling gym from 34 to 67 degrees this morning in 1:35 minutes running diesel. Zero fuel smell. Fuel gauge barely moved too.

Went to buy a power washer and salesmen(2 guys) are not very knowledgeable about the products they're trying to sell. We even had pictures and specifications of what we were looking for. Showroom was extremely hot(no ac) with only 2 doors open while they sat in an office that had freezing cold air coming out a window they opened to talk to the customer. Horrible customer service...save your time and money.

High quality heaters! We went to Farm Fest in Springfield, MO and stumbled upon Hy-Flo. We looked at a few other brands, but Hy-Flo was by far the better choice! Much better quality product. My business, Load N Go Trailers, just purchased 3 of the diesel infrared heaters and they work great. Now the cold winter ahead doesn't sound so dreadful! lol

Hy-Flo is an authrized dealer of Schaeffer's Oil. Everytime I go in there i am welcomed by name a hand shake and a smile. Good group of guys and gals. Especially Marvin he always go over the top to ensure i leave happy.
