Worst rental equipment place ever. Liers, thief's, and horrible equipment. Worst customer service ever. BEWARE!!!do not rent here go to Joplin. You will save money and a headache later

Rented a jackhammer and it stopped working all of a sudden why were you using it. A week later they charge my card and said we smashed the cord. I guess I should have read the Google reviews on how poorly these people operate. Will never give them my money again

Not to happy with products, always seem to be something wrong with equipment, either not enough power or doesn't work the way it should. We did get a discount on the skid steer we rented because the grapple couldn't work because of coupler. The mini ex worked great. Last time I was I was in I rented a skid steer, I wanted t rent it for the day. Rented it on Saturday to get the day rental, I get back and they said we went to summer hours and you have to pay for the day and half. If I know that I would have waited and hour to rent it. Seems like there always something wrong. The prices are ok, but for what I pay I'd like to know everything up front So for now I will be taking my business else where.

Let me say I have rented from this location for 16 years but not in the last several years. I reserved a dump trailer Thursday for Saturday and Sunday. I paid in full that day and signed the agreement. I go to pick it up Saturday morning at 8:00am and I was told the person who rented it Friday is not bringing it back. I said did you tell the other renter it was rented for the weekend? He said I don't know. To which I said, so when a customer reserves something, pays for it in full and signs the agreement you don't honor that. No answer and took no responsibility for the mess. I asked for a 100% refund and I am not confident I will get my money back. I had heard from several people that the new people running this location are very difficult to work with and not customer service oriented. I wanted to give it a try myself given in the past I had never had an issue, I got burned. I was told this rental place had gone down hill over the last several years. I can confirm it is at the bottom and I will never rent from them again. I will gladly drive to Joplin to rent everything from now on.

Do not Do not use your credit card at this place, I used my card once here. They keep charging my Card even I did not rent anything after than . It’s fraud. Do not go to this place

Charged extra for blades on a concrete saw 1st one was worn out and only cut 6 inches returned and got a new blade after returning they charges over $100 to the bank card when we called they said we had worn out 2 blades running the saw without water. I have run saws a lot and never ran their saw without water manager called my aunt a lier and said the saw was ran without water. (added) not a 6 inch deep cut a 6 inch long cut is when it quit cutting nobody expects a 14 in blade to cut 6 inches deep.

Not happy with them at all charged me a extra 100 bucks after bring the item back never told me about the hours and went two hours over and charged me extra. Would of understand if I knew it but sure don't tell you.
