I’ve used Wiseman’s for several years now. Whether that be for tires, oil changes, or other related services. They’ve always been fair and respectful. I decided to get on here to leave a review because of this afternoon’s incident. My wife has always been afraid of taking vehicles to repair shops because she thinks most take advantage of her good nature and lack of vehicle knowledge. I’m about to take a week long trip to Colorado and she thought she might need brake work done on her car. She’s called all over town asking for estimates. Most were extremely high (which is understandable to an extent) and/or never answered. When she called Wiseman’s they answered immediately and were honest. They said they couldn’t give an accurate estimate without looking at it. So she drove it up there half an hour before they closed and they put it through the gambit. They removed all tires, checked the pads, and even took it on test drives for her to double check everything. When it was all said and done they never even charged her. Especially when they could have done the untrustworthy route and done work on it when it didn’t need it. They solidified my future business! Thank you for being amazing to my family!

Wiseman’s used to be the most trusted tire place around in over the last two years we have had miss balanced tires missed fixed tires .were they actually had to come to my wife’s work the next day and take it the right tire off because they actually lied and said they fixed the tire that they didn’t need fixed because the other one that really needed fixed was still flat the next day
Now she had to go back yesterday right before she went. We checked all four tires with our tire gauge or SUV has big tires on it. Three of them were exactly 40 pounds the one that had a small nail and it wasn’t come back from Wiseman has 47 pounds in two ones have 32 pounds in it the one that they fixed has 27 pounds pounds in it this is why we have purchased a brand new tire machine Lord willing we will get the money to open up a shop as consumers. We do not deserve this. Wiseman tires is ripping people off if you start looking at all the reviews this is not a one time deal

These guys really go above and beyond to ensure you're safe and satisfied. They've never given me a reason to speak ill of them what so ever. Tires are cheap, service is top notch, mechanic work is reasonable, they're very informative about what's going on. Always going the extra mile

Used to be my go to spot, very trustworthy. Not anymore. Trusted them when they said I needed new tires and went with their recommendation. I could have got the same tires from ANYWHERE else for less than half. Lost a long time customer

so my fiancé took her car in had a tires rotated and one tire fixed they fixed the wrong tire they didn’t fix the tire fixed so the next day seen the problem she takes it back in. They charge her to fix the tire. They say it had a nail then she drives it home, which is just about 3 miles . then we see the tires totally flat. This is unbelievable. This company used to be very respected and had no issues. All of those workers in the back need to be drug tested. Weisman is very disappointing.

Never again will i buy anything from these thieves. I just had my front end of my 2006 suv rebuilt spend $1000 of dollars. Took it to wisemans to get alignment, and the stupid lying kid comes out and says i need all new parts i said show me, he shows me exactly what i had just paid to have done. I call him on it, and he looks right at me and says maybe the warranty is good. No your a liar. Just wanting to rob me. And not surprised they had all the parts listed for way more than i just paid at least a triple markup on cost. I was warned not to use them, but i have before and I though they was honest, but i should have listened just a bunch of thieves that will never ever get my or people i know money ever again
