The best hvac they really listen to you and help you find what’s wrong, we had a menoxide reading in our blood with symptoms but no detectors were showing and they came and checked our firnest very well and made sure it was not that! They came 2x because we couldn’t find leak still and 2nd man that came he helped us pin point the leak! It was not hvac but it was a sewer gas leak! Thanks to him we are okay!!! We called a plumber and got it fixed! But thank you to you guys for listening to us and coming back out! You guys will be my number one hvac if I ever need anything! They came out within a hour or less the same day! Thank you thank you guys!!

Cannot say enough good things about this business! Jeff and his guys installed a new AC unit and furnace in our house after our AC had gone out over the summer! Since then, our furnace has had one problem (due to a manufacturing issue), but they immediately sent a guy over as soon as I called to come check it out and stayed late to make sure it was fixed! Customer service is amazing! 10/10 recommend!!

Today we had a part in our AC unit that went bad. We called Unger's Heat and Air Conditioning to see if they could help us out any time soon. They were here at our house within just a few hours, and had our AC unit fixed quickly! Their customer service is outstanding!!! We really appreciate everything they did for us today!!!

Called everyone in town no one wanted us. Called Ungers were out in a few hours WELDED the problem quick and professional. Sam “el chino” was our technician great awesome guy with tons of knowledge. This man deserves his mullah! 5/5 perfection!

Our a.c. had been limping along all summer, we had called the orange truck guys about a month ago. A guy came out, looked at the unit outside and looked inside. He told us we “probably needed freon” but since it was frozen he wanted to wait until the next day to look at it (and charge us another $95 service charge). He had to go back to the shop so I sprayed off the unit with the hose and ran the heater for 5 minutes to thaw it out. He came back and saw it was thawed out and then thought the problem was a dirty filter. He wanted to sell us a filter but I opted to go get my own. So I paid $100 for “probably dirty filter and maybe needs freon”. So we just dealt with the heat until we couldn’t anymore.
Then we called Unger’s. They were out that day. Within an hour, as a matter of fact. Sam was not only a courteous professional but also extremely knowledgeable. He went straight to the problem and was almost embarrassed that the other guys missed such an obvious problem. Sam was a true professional. Unger’s service is top notch. I, for one, will never call another company for our heating and cooling needs. If you want PQS call Unger’s.
