I've used profile for all of my cabinet needs for the past 2 years and over 30 houses. Justin Root is our sales Residential Salesman and does a phenomenal job. His punctuality and attention to detail top tier. He's quick to rework designs when a homeowner changes their mind. The cabinet quality is exquisite. Everything we order is 100% custom and of the highest quality material. Highly recommend.

My builder used Profile Cabinets and they caused the biggest problems in my whole home remodel. Issues with the building and installing of the kitchen cabinets caused delays when pieces needed rebuilt. They would not complete the cabinet paint touch up. I had been back in my house for over three months before they would come out, long after everything else was done. When they finally came back out, they didn't do a very good job. I had everything marked with blue tape, and as I opened drawers and cabinets, I am still finding blue tape for nicks they didn't even attempt to fix.

Working with Profile Cabinet was one of the easiest parts of our kitchen remodel. Steve helped us through the entire process and was responsive whenever we had questions. He kept the project within our budget and delivered a beautiful quartz top for our new island. The craftmanship on the base cabinet is top notch. The delivery and installation teams handled themselves professionally. We have been enjoying the finished product for a few months now and everything is as solid as the day it was delivered. Everything from the initial measurements through the install was seamless. The Project Manager, Scott, and the installers, John and Alex were great. Extremely professional and extremely respectful inside our family’s home. Not to mention the customer cabinets and bathroom vanity turned out better than we hoped. We will recommend Profile to our friends and family and will use them again for any future projects.

We purchased a house that had incredible cabinitry but there were areas that i wanted to add more....kitchen, book shelves in office and bar downstairs so we could build in microwave drawer.
I was very concerned about matching since African Mahogany.
A door from each area was taken so to insure a great match.
They were done a little ahead of expected date, delivered and installed in a very professional manner.
The installer was a delight to work with. I am such a perfectionist but so was he so it was a perfect match.

Profile installed custom kitchen cabinets for me in 2012. I still love these cabinets. The construction quality is outstanding, and they still look like new. I had 1 door hinge fail and contacted Profile Cabinets to find out what I should order as a replacement. They sent me a new hinge at no cost and I easily installed it to restore that cabinet back to a like new condition. Excellent Service, even 5 years after the sale!!!
