Schloegel completed a 1/2 bath complete demo and remodel for us. Mitchell was our remodel expert and was amazing to work with. He delivered top notch detail to service on every aspect of the project. If he had a question on design he would stop and discuss with us. Through out the project, you could tell he was trying to actually get into the mind of the homeowner to envision what our vision for the project was so that he could apply detail orientation to the whole of the remodel. Mitchell was able to do all aspects of the project and showed himself to be a true craftsman of his trade. In the end Schloegel delivered a quality, expert led and amazing remodel.

A special shout out to Perry our coordinator. He was responsive, knowledgeable and was supportive of any changes that were needed prior to and during the project completion.

We needed a walk-in shower to replace an old bathtub that led to a beautiful remodel of a small bathroom.

Brenda A. took us through our entire process with attention to detail beyond our expectations and careful consideration of our budget. She communicated with us 24/7 from beginning to end. Brenda described the many choices we had and aided us in making every decision along the way. Her deep knowledge of home remodeling was impressive. Beyond that, she was a terrific professional to work with who explained everything clearly, answered every question and kept us up to date in every step of the way.

Mark F. handled the installation expertly. From keeping the project clean to his timeliness to communicating throughout each day, he moved the project along seamlessly. The team met with us weekly to review the status. All daily updates in the portal were detailed and documented with Mark providing daily photos of the progress. Mark ensured that the subcontractors who arrived, such as flooring installers and electricians, were tidy, courteous and prompt. We could not have been more pleased with his attention to detail and high level of skill.

Our project began on time, as promised, and ended on time, too, with an impressive high quality of workmanship. In short, we highly recommend Schloegel Design Remodel and both Brenda A. and Mark F. for any home remodeling project.

We recently completed a basement remodel with the Schloegel team. Doug, our onsite coordinator was a real star. He was communicative, thorough, helpful, reliable and personally rolled with a number of punches and delivered high quality results. We always felt comfortable and trusting with Doug in our house everyday.

The rest of the team, from Ron our designer to Jeff the program lead were all great. It's rare to say you wouldn't think of using anyone else for a future remodel but that's where we are with the Schloegel team. The price might be a bit higher than "the other guys" but the quality and peace of mind are all worth it.

For our primary bathroom remodel, it was important to us to work with a company who would respect being in our home, show professionalism, be able to work within a predictable timeline, minimize disruption to our day to day as much as possible, help us make choices for the best design, and finish the job with quality work.

The results we got from our Schloegel team-Brenda, Doug, and Jeff-exceeded our expectations, and the process of getting to the finished bathroom was thorough. They know what they are doing, and their attention to detail made all the difference. This is not a team who is satisfied with "good enough" work, and the follow up is timely.

Our builder contracted out Schloegel to redo our master shower. We are very pleased with Mitchell's work. He took care to protect our carpet and hardwood floors, was courteous and friendly and did a very good job. Communication between myself and the project manager, Kirk was also very good. I've already referred a coworker of mine to Schloegel!

We recently hired Schloegel to remove a portion of our load-bearing wall, and replace flooring in several rooms. We lived in-home throughout the process, which took approximately 5 weeks. Our designer, Maggie, and our lead foreman, Steve, were wonderful throughout the entire process, which hit several roadblocks outside of their control (illness, the Jackson County data hack, normal issues that come with renovations). Schloegel went above and beyond to minimize disruption to our livable space, to the point that our dog was barely fazed by construction noise and demolition. The work was done efficiently and to the highest standard. We will happily use then again for future projects!
