When issues like this arise, we have immediate assistance, freedom, and support to fix them the right way, ensuring every project is completed with quality and integrity from the start. Unfortunately, many companies don’t offer this flexibility or have lengthy approval processes, which often leads to problems being covered up or left undone. In 2015 my family corporation acquired an ownership interest in almost 100 Kansas City rental housesj. Initially, we used different independent contractors to perform the often major costs of repairs and improvements that were needed, particularly when houses turned over. After we began to use Stewardship to perform that same work, not only did the quality of workmanship go up, but the prices we paid went down, and the work was done in a more timely manner, thus allowing us to put the houses back on the market more quickly. Our bottom line improved significantly, and we were very pleased that we had found a single company that provided everything that needed to be done to a rental house. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking such services.
