Unprofessionalism, speeding and road rage on 152 west. I and other cars had to slow down while the driver of the van was causing a incident with another driver that he approached quickly. Very classy!

New construction - Before going to contract, ask to see the detailed "3 binder" that goes over everything that's included in your home, not just the condensed 2-3 pages they show in the beginning. Also, pay close attention to "site cost" clause in their contract. The price they quote is for "builder grade quality" including paint, windows, carpet, plumbing fixtures etc. Every place they sent us to pick out items for our home ended up in a costly change orders to get anything of decent quality that we felt like would hold up over time. In the end, they built us a very nice/sturdy home, but we paid dearly for it - STRESS GALORE and numerous $$$ change orders . The only person in that office that we felt like we could trust was our project manager (John D). I'd give him 10+ stars if I could. John was very knowledgeable, trustworthy , polite and always greeted us with a smile. Thank you John for building us a beautiful home and for always being so nice.

He is a top notch builder. As good as they come. If you want 40 years of experience, high quality, and someone who knows how to manage the project to a success- this is where you come to. In life, you get what you pay for. He can build as nice of a home that you want and it will be fantastic.

I have lived in a Don Julian built home in Riss Lake for the last 21 years. Now that we are ready for a home that will accommodate the demands of our life today and that reflects the greatest of today's design and engineering, we are proud to have selected Don Julian to build our new home in the Riss Lake Reserve. We are truly impressed by the many award-winning designs that are available to us and ultimately impressed with the amazing Brookridge II floor plan that we have chosen. It has also been a great experience to work with the various experts and designers at Don Julian Builders to customize the floorplan and home interior to our specific needs. We look forward to another 20 years living in Riss Lake and highly recommend Don Julian Builders to build your home.
