Octavio from MCS did a fantastic job helping us when our insurance tried to deny the hail dmg claim at first. He was with us every step for the appeal and then the team did a wonderful job on the repairs. They also cleaned up everything after and I would definitely work with them again on future projects. The roof looks beautiful and we are very happy with everything.

I was surprised and dismayed to realize the shingles I was picking up were from my roof! My neighbor pointed out what looked like bare wood showing on the ridges. It was a Friday night at 6 pm and it was going to rain! I called my neighbor, owner of Modern Construction. He sent a crew over to tarp it at 8 pm. From that point on they dealt with everything.. insurance etc.
My project manager, Frank was always available. He was courteous and professional. The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof. My only complaint was the cleanup! Overall a success with minimal hassle!
I also want to mention the office staff especially Ali. She stayed on top of all the paperwork and the requests. She was always respectful and professional.
A great company! I would highly recommend them for your next project.
