We loved our robot but it’s pretty much disposable if you sell your business and then try to sell the robot. They won’t service it unless it is sent back to the factory to be refurbished (even though there is nothing wrong with it) for close to what it is worth. All it needs is a data purge. It’s a rip off. Someone out there with a background in computers should learn to service these.
