I received a call a few hours after I had contact Webers to see if a serviceman might come check out a problem I had discovered with my furnace. Within hours I met the serviceman at my home so he could check out the problem. I had to return to work, so left him in my home to complete the repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He emailed me my bill. I was quite satisfied with my experience with Webers!

A hail storm took out our 3 AC units in July. We contacted Mike Toler from Weber refrigeration in Liberal. He wrote up a proposal that was accepted by our insurance company right away without question. Communication with Mike could not have been better through this whole process. The 3 units and air handlers were installed in 3 1/2 days. They were very respectful of the house and the surroundings and all trash was picked up. It was so painless Especially, since they had to replace the air handlers in the attic and crawl space also. If you need a new HVAC unit I highly recommend these guys. Mike and Levy were great.

While they did drop the ball the day that we called Scott did call and managed to get us heat. Owner called and is trying to get out problem fixed so I am hopeful it will work properly soon

Had AC go out twice this year with different problems. Weber got them both fixed right away! The latest one was on a Sunday, and the tech (Steve) came out, figured out the problem, and fixed it in under an hour. Incredible service!!

The technician arrived just before 5 PM which surprised me as that usually is the end of the day for most service businesses. He was very cordial and went straight to work on finding the problem I was having. I was impressed by his knowledge of both the mechanical and electrical systems of my unit. His methodical and efficient diagnosis of the unit was quickly discovered as a failed capacitor. I was impressed that he had the replacement part on his truck. After replacement of the part further diagnostic was needed and the issues was quickly resolved. He then attached test equipment to the unit and monitored its performance and system characteristics and gave it a clean bill of health. The technician is very friendly and respectful and an asset to your business. Thank you for your professional and efficient service!

Bruce and Kareem did an excellent job installing our exterior, heat a/c package unit. They did a lot of fab work on the exterior ductwork very professional looks great. Would recommend this company to everyone!
