It was our first time visting this tree farm. My daughters family had 2 major problems with two different trees but the lady I talked to who I assume was the owner (I'm not sure) showed us trees inside. She went out of her way to make things right. The tree we got home with however did not look like the one we actually purchased at the shop. $80 was not well spent on a budget they struggle with.
