For the doors I did receive, they were nice. However, the sizes did not fit and they will not replace them. I spent $1,000.00 on doors that don't fit my cabinets.

The only customer series I received was to order new doors. Why would I feel comfortable spending additional money when the original doors don't fit. Tracy literally said, she couldn't exchange my door because she couldn't use my doors anywhere else. Well neither can I.

All I want are some cabinet doors that fit my cabinet for my $1000.00. That's it!!!!!

Definitely buyers remorse. Because I can't even fathom a cabinet door maker not caring that the cabinet doors I paid for don't fit. This is so very sad!

We ordered these cabinets on the advice of our designer and have been sorely disappointed. Two different company reps have visited us and some problems remain unresolved. We have the following problems: drawer fronts are crooked and can not be fully aligned using the adjustment features, drawer slides are misaligned, there is a poor top coat on the stain, the frame panels are misaligned, and we are missing a shelf. One cabinet was sloppily stained and another has fingerprints from someone grabbing it before the topcoat dried! Unfortunately, the cabinets were also shipped with the shelves loose inside, damaging the interior side of some doors and nothing was allowed in a box, just some outer wrap. We are not happy customers and I'm left wondering if Quality Control was asleep that day or the cabinets are always this bad

I have two of your rocker recliners 76474 cabernet delivered on 6 28 2006 and they are still fabulous. And I have had cats scratching on them for years and they still look great.
