I called over a week ago and was wanting to have some work completed. I was told that I would have a call back when someone could come out. No call back for over a week, called today to check if that was still going to happen. I was told they were too far behind to schedule anything and that they would need to “release me to someone else”.

If you weren’t able to schedule the appointment initially, it would have been courteous to at least call back with an update. Instead , your potential customer had to call back after over a week to see what the status was?
