Can’t even thank Matt enough!!!
The best customer service, the most detail oriented honest guy we’ve encountered as a home owner.
We don’t even fall in the realm of his service area, and he took my call and heard the issues with the water and came by and checked everything out for us and gave his honest informed opinion.
Cannot say how much we appreciate the above and beyond service we received

By far the worst water company to exist. The owner has terrible customer service, seems like a crook and it always doing shady work. There were times where we would have no water for DAYS. The water is sometimes dirty and smells horrible. Do yourself a favor and read all the reviews before going through Valley Water Co. They obviously have a terrible reputation.

Dont let matt do anything at your residence with any equiptment . He came to my place claiming to do hard pack removal he tore my driveway up made a huge mess and destroyed my cedar split rail fence . Sheared the posts off at ground level because of his inability to operate heavy equiptment. He destroyed my fence and promised to replace it . His word means nothing, he has not replaced it . He had no intentions of ever replacing it His work is of very poor quality. What he destroys he does not replace. If you were considering having him do any work for u , i would reconsider

It would be wonderful if the folks at Valley Water used Google Plus or Twitter or Facebook to post updates when service is down. Today is Friday, Nov 14 at 9am and the water is off. What's the problem? What's the expected fix time?

I was just fraudulently charged $1655 by this company. Ruined my weekend plans. No one to get ahold of. Where is the emergency contact number.
