Premier Homes has never disappointed us. They do amazing work on both new homes and remodeling or additions. After being completely impressed with the kitchen remodel they did for us we had them design and build a backyard fireplace! We are so pleased with the outcome and now have our own little oasis in our backyard! Thanks Premier Homes!

Being a part of a younger generation it is very hard to find a builder who is willing to give you an excellent home from quality to pricing. Premier Homes included us in every decision to make our home OURS. We were given a contract with exactly what would be in our home with no hidden fees and matched the price we were given at the beginning. Every employee was professional, friendly, and willing to help us along the way. After living in our home for over a year, Premier Homes, is still always willing to answer any questions a new home owner may have.

Premier Homes built our home! Wouldn't have had it any other way they did quality work! We got to pick evrything it included from a variety of options to help keep us in our price range. Everything turned out amazing! We are inlove with our new home! Our questions were always answered, anytime I made a change (I made alot of changes) as long as it was still possible they did it! There was no surprises when it came to prices we were always explained with everything ahead of time! Everyone with the premier team was very friendly and helpful!
If you are looking to build I do recommend Premier Homes!

We highly recommend Premier Homes because of their attention to detail and professionalism. Our home is everything we could have imagined. We felt like our opinion was valued and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. We seriously could not have done this without Gary and his team!

The company was not able to keep their agreement with me. Construction was delayed by over a year due to mismanagement of time and money. They attempted to try to get additional funds from us to make up for money lost by the contractor. The house is cracking in various places. Heater/AC unit was not installed correctly and I had to have a different company come in to fix the install. I have numerous nails and tacks sticking out from my cupboards that has caused injuries in the home. Trim has come off of doors and windows in the home. (You need more that one or two nails in a piece of trim.) Door knobs are coming off in our hands. Light fixtures have fallen off the ceiling. Back sliding door was not installed correctly. I had to have a second company come in to fix that too. We were told to make a list of the things that were wrong with the house and he would send a crew to fix them. I never heard from him.
