We years ago used to split a whole Hog between 3 of us and it was Reasonably Priced and done Quickly..it was worth the Drive from Atchison to Holton plus hit the Casinos on the Way Lol 😂 and this was before My Family from Minnesota and Iowa started Triumph Foods in St Joseph Missouri

They have great communication, and very timely for processing and have processes special requests. There package is clear and the stickers last in the freezer, and there mild sausage seasoning and bratwurst seasoning is perfect. We travel almost 2 hours and will continue to for our needs.

First timer-Had a hog processed. They got us in quick and got it done quick! So nice, great communication, love the clear packaging with labels. So easy to see what is in the freezer! Very impressed. We found our place!!

I took a deer in rmto be processed. I asked for a hanging weight ( Which I never got) the doe I took in was bigger the 8 point bucks that were there. When my mom went to pick up my meat I got maybe 50 lbs. Of meat and what I got was not seasoned right. I pay 180 dollars and felt and know I got ripped off and shorted on meat. I will never take anything in there again and Will not recommend anyone else do either.

We took a deer to be processed and couldn't be more please! We got exactly what we asked for and it was mostly jerkey. It was the best I'd ever eaten!!! But guys remember when you order jerkey and sausage that it takes alot of meat and cooks down in processing. So if you take 150 lb. deer in.....hide, bones and fat have to be removed. Leaving ( if you're lucky) 50 lbs of meat/jerkey. We also recieved hamburger and man was it outstanding! The next deer I'm going to ask for it to be mixed with regular hamburger. Not because of the taste but deer meat is naturally a little dry so I added our hamburger to it which helped alot!
Great people and they are worth the extra miles to Holton for processing and I highly recommend them.

Knowing where your food comes from makes all the difference and the people there are always so nice and the price is very competitive love seeing them hang a deer goat and other things
