Literally the best customer experience I have had anywhere in years. After a horrible go in with Ferrellgas which ended in them leaving us stranded with no propane and a shaky promise of "we might get to you in a week or so", I called B&P and ask them to bail me out.

Real customer service from real people. They get me propane in a matter of hours on a Friday evening. I can't possibly speak highly enough.

Now I'm a permanent customer.
