We have taken our trailer here multiple times. He replaced our axles the first time we brought him our business. The second time Bulletproof trailers did the finish work on the same 20 ft trailer after we complety tore it down to the frame and rebuilt it. He added our new diamond steel ran wires lights and installed a our new solar panel. Finished the trim and welded in some pieces for us to build a shelf. Work is top notch! Since he is the only guy in town it might be hard to get work done but if your willing to wait patiently they will not disappoint you in their quality of work.

How good can a business get than actually suggesting I don't take thier service over the next best option of a six thousand dollar fix? They could have made a bunch of money off me, but instead were impressively honest. They even gave me lots of advice and suggestions after that. Brett treated me super well and took a good 15 minutes and then 20 minutes a separate time to explain the situation in great detail so that I was not in the dark about any of it. He gave me all the realistic options possible, and wasn't hesitant to tell me his personal opinion about them or what he would do in my place. I am super grateful for what they did, or rather didn't do, for me. They set me up super well to succeed. I am genuinely grateful to Brett, and even humbled, for his service.

Brett runs an absolutely amazing business here. He’s helped me out with two travel trailers over the past two years. Great communication on whats going on, he takes the time to walk you through his thought process and give advice that may not benefit him. he’s not out to come away with your retirement fund or try to convince you that you need to pay $2K to replace your blinker fluid. All around great place I’ll continue to bring my trailers to.

I had purchased a teardrop trailer from a manufacturer who had cut several corners and lied about features on the trailer. I took the trailer to bullet proof and they fixed my bent axle and upgraded my bearings and reworked my electrical system. I explained to them that I had never owned a trailer before and they were extremely helpful. Brett took time to talk me through how things worked and what needed to be done for the maintenance of the trailer. I feel much more comfortable with taking care of and using the trailer now than I ever did before. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Would give them 20 stars if that was an option.

Brett is one of the few people in Fairbanks who understands customer service. My trailer went to his shop to fix a problem created by the last guy who worked on my trailer. Not only did he fix it right, he did it at about half the cost of the guy who fixed it wrong. Bulletproof trailers is my new preferred shop in Fairbanks to have my trailer work done!
