I was here fr unloading. 4 hours early they took it . Unloading was like in half hour once backed in . Truck stop cross street for trailer wash . They charge a lot $ 51 fr wash . Sapp bros . Make a left from lights next light in town walmart there. Liquor store restaurants etc . Walking distance 15 minutes

No respect for drivers at all they make you wait for hours before they call you to your cell phone for unloading they don't respect appointment times my appointment was 9 am got here it's 1 pm and still waiting for a call from this people. Bring something to eat and be prepared to wait. Don't book another load because the chance is you will not make it.

Got there 5 hours early, required to have a receipt of trailer washout. Sapp Bros is right across the street with a washout. Checked in with guard, send you to receiving off ice (12A). Got us on a dock and loaded within 2 hours. Plenty of room to maneuver and dock. Tandems to the back, chock wheels, disconnect trailer! Staff are nice and helpful, yard dog will complain if you don't park to the side even when taking 2 minutes to check in.

Does not have any respect for drivers. Appt. at 17:00, came at 09:00 could've been in a door but no it's 17:30 and they said probably another 4 hours before I can get unloaded.

Got here after the blizzard Jan 2025. There are parked trucks everywhere between mounds of snow. They are 2 days behind and are at full capacity. There is nowhere to go because the truck stops are full of snow also. Instead of telling trucks not to come in, they keep piling in. Im gonna get ttapped here.

Pulled in at 1316 waited 45 minutes for a door and it's 1721 and they have not even put one pallet on the trailer. The guy in the office is sleeping so ib know it's going to be a couple more hours b4 we are loaded

Worst place to deliver. Came at app time,they don't work today -come tomorrow .Then it took me at the door more 4.5 hours.
