Hands down the best beef I’ve had across the board. I’ve ordered beef from more than 10 states since the pandemic started and I can say Covey Rise beef surpasses them all. Their marbling beats most American “Wagyu” that’s being sold today. You can tell the difference. Don’t be fooled thinking wagyu automatically means more marbling…it doesn’t. Check out the level of marbling on their prime grade Ribeyes!

Traditionally, I stay away from ground beef due to the low quality but they have the best ground beef. No corners cut…at all! If you’re tired of thin steaks…shop here. Ribeye, Strip, Denver, Sirloin, doesn’t matter…they’re all at least 1.5 inch thick! I get marvelous crust using cold sear method and no additional fat added to the pan.

The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and the owners Charlie and Kerissa have provided nothing short of top tier service.

I’m happy to support hard working folks. From a Texan, this Kansas beef is 10 out of 10!

The steaks are amazing very tender with amazing beef flavor. One of my absolutely favorite cuts is the Denver. It is perfect size for a nice supper and it’s lean meat with amazing great flavor. I highly recommend this cut to anybody that loves steak but doesn’t want a lot of fat and just a decent sized portion of meat!

The best part of Covey Rise Farm is that they ship their products directly to my house. My family benefits from regular meat deliveries specific to our preferences, and the pork, chicken, and beef have all been the highest quality at affordable prices. The best intangible benefit of Covey Rise is that I feel personally connected to a farm and farmer who cares about the environment and respects animals. We have a monthly subscription and so far we have loved it. Regenerative farming practices have always been important to me so the fact that it's offered is such a pleasure. Additionally, I like the new system for ordering each month. Very easy. The price tag is the best around, and so are the products. So if you're not sure about subscribing, just do it. Seriously you won't regret it.

In a recent order we included some of Covey Rise’s tallow balm. Oh my goodness it’s such a lovely way to moisturize your skin. I experience some mild hand and foot syndrome as a result of oral chemotherapy. The tallow balm really helps heal my dry cracking skin. Thanks Charlie and Kerissa for another wonderful product!

We have been getting chicken, pork and lamb from Covey Rise for over a year now. We have small boxes delivered to our door monthly. My favorite products to purchase from them are their chicken breasts, chicken sausage and pork sausage. But I’ve never ever had a product that we didn’t enjoy. The flavor is superior and I especially like how their pork sausages are so lean when I look them. Even guests have commented on how good they are. Because I have friends who are small farmers, I understand that I will pay more for meat from smaller farmers than from the grocery store, but I also value the quality and the transparency of knowing where my food comes from. The communication we get from Covey rise has always been responsive and they will do whatever they can to cater to their individual customers. I’m so thankful that we found this great source of meat for our family!

Highly recommend. We have a monthly membership and have enjoyed every single thing we bought from Covey Rise. The meat tasts so much better than store bought and knowing it's farm raised makes it worth the price. We especially like that meat is packaged in serving sizes appropriate for our family. The meat is boxed in special boxes and the meat stays frozen after delivery. Their customer service is excellent and delivery is prompt. The only thing you might want to consider is the amount of room all that meat takes up in your freezer.
