Extremely disappointed in the lack of motivation to help customers. We have reached out by phone and gone in multiple times about our oven. They keep saying they will send someone out to look and then make the joke “you’re going to want an over soon for baking”. I’ve needed my oven for 3 months and has effected my business by not having it!!!! Took the part out we need to order and took it in with the part number clearly marked on it and was told it would be probably near impossible to find without them even trying to look. We love to support local but this was a complete joke. How this business is still open is beyond me! We were able to find the part within minutes of looking online. So much for “support local” when they treats locals like this. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Will refer anyone and everyone somewhere else from now on.
