Awesome people! I bought a 2015 F250 that has a B&W Turnover hitch in the bed, but whoever installed it never put the exhaust extension bracket in, required for the deisel. I spoke to Brooklyn and she said no problem, we can get one sent out. When I asked to pay, she said don't worry about it. It arrived a few days later and was any easy install. No more knocking my exhaust on the hitch frame, as it has done for the last year.

When a company even cares about folks like me, having never even bought one of their products, that says something. As I continue to grow my towing needs with this truck, B&W is it!!

I have used several hitches over the years and always was unhappy to carry several hitch ball sizes for trailer size changes and having to put the hitches somewhere in the truck. The B&W hitch changed everything. Never have to take this one off and i can adjust the hitch and balls to fit to different trailers. High quality and great design. Loving it.

Was on the way to kansas city from Oklahoma. Stopped by to buy a pin for my turn over 5th wheel hitch. Pin is not available but a new center section was almost $400. After I told them it was my fault my pin was bent they told me to pull my center section and they would just give me one. Remember it was my falt the pond got bent. BUT THEY WILL GIVE ME WHAT I NEED TO FIX MY TRUCK. I've never had such good customer service in my life. I will continue to buy my hitches and recommend them to every one I know. Keep up the good work there. We need more business like yall.

I purchased a Patriot fifth wheel hitch about 3yrs ago. I recently noticed the hitch was setting tipped to the left. I removed the head and found a broken leveling spring. I emailed the company on Sunday about the problem. By 9:30 the next morning their office contacted me to verify that we were looking at the same part and had created the order to get it coming to me at NO CHARGE! Now you must understand that my original email was just requesting a price and a means to purchase the part. By the way I had the the part in my hand by Wednesday afternoon and I live in Sanford Michigan. The quick response and the personal communication I received I believe to be above and beyond today's expectations. For this I take my hat off to Evett! I will proudly recommend them to everyone I talk to about trailer hitch and will return to them for all my future hitch needs.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am not sure whether it is this or Rex & Sons RV, probably the same company but I ordered expensive item from them from Amazon and they made a return process absolute hell. Terrible customer service, no sensible thinking at all.

I got every penny back that I deserved, but I unnecessarily spent a lot of time and nerves.

WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN, N.E.V.E.R
