Dynamic is an exceptional company! No matter what type of project you may need a contractor for, they will have you covered.
We initially reached out to Dynamic because we had water damage in our basement and needed to file an insurance claim. We were tasked with finding a contractor of our choice to make the necessary repairs. After researching companies in the area, we called them first—they had the most experience working with insurance companies.

Brian came out for a consultation to walk through our project and discuss price estimates. We immediately felt relieved and confident that they were the right choice for the job. They made such a good impression that we quickly decided to have them do more than just repair the water damage. We asked them to practically renovate our entire upstairs as well!

Our house is a 1970s split-level, and I’ve always dreamed of an open-concept design to make our space more functional. They said, “Say less—we got this!” The next step was sharing our designs and vision with them. We received our project price estimate and outlined a start date.

They were very patient with us during this process. We knew what we wanted to change but needed time to save money before starting the project. It was easy to be transparent and open about all financial and design-related aspects throughout the entire process.

Once we were ready to begin the renovations, they introduced us to an app they use for all their projects. It uploads their weekly plans, along with photos to show progress. It also sets reminders and breaks down upcoming payments for the entire project! It was a great tool to use and kept us informed every step of the way.

From start to finish, the communication was clear, the employees were professional and friendly, and the work was diligent! Our project manager, Patrick, was a rock star at keeping us updated and in the loop. If something unexpected came up, we were informed within minutes, and he already had a solution. They brought our vision to life, down to the smallest detail. By the time they finished, we were (and still are) shocked that this is the same house we started with! We grew to love their crew so much that we felt like we walked away with new friends as well.

I wish I could summarize our experience with Dynamic better than this because they truly were fantastic and made our dreams come true! You don’t need to take my word for it, though. If you call them yourself, you’ll quickly realize—it’s just what they do!

I cannot recommend them enough! If you have an insurance claim, a project you’ve been putting off, or just an itch to make your home different—call them and experience it yourself!

Dynamics Construction did a wonderful job remodeling the main level of our home. They were efficient and finished in 5 weeks insteaed of the estimated 6-8 weeks. They also stayed within the budget we had discussed which was really important to us. They worked hard and paid attention to the details to get us everything we wanted for our new space! They also communicated everything with me perfectly. I have worked with a different company before and I became the project manager even though they assigned me one. Steve, Bryan and the whole Dynamic team were professional, adaptable and very friendly to work with. We chose Dynamic to remodel our kitchen and build a new bathroom from scratch because they were the most transparent about their pricing and the tradeoffs of various approaches, which made me more confident that the price they bid would be close to the price we ultimately paid which definitely came true even in spite of some unexpected changes from the city inspector.

I appreciated in particular how diligently and quickly Steve addressed any issues that came up during the process. We had a problem with the dishwasher overflowing when it was reinstalled and Dynamic was all over the problem immediately and covered all of the costs associated with repairing water damage. Some of these problems are unavoidable, so the real test for a company is how they handle these problems when they do arise, and Dynamic passed that test very well.

We would gladly hire Dynamic again for our next home project and have full faith in the quality of the work they produce. Our kitchen and bathroom not only look great, they have clearly been well-built, and well-thought through to last.

Found Dynamic Construction on thumbtack and was impressed with their willingness to work with the owners to get exactly what we wanted. We planned on moving laundry upstairs, expanding an existing half bath to include a shower, and opening up an existing opening into kitchen/living room. We worked primarily with Kody who was great—Easy to talk to and very detail oriented. Actually helped us with the design too so that things came out even better than initially anticipated. I also appreciated the detailed change orders that gave you an idea of breakdown of cost which is important in this crazy day of inflation. Will work with them again on any future remodels. Highly recommend!!!

Kody and his team really did some excellent work for us. He was an awesome project manager: communicative, accommodating, *creative*, and invested in the project.
